Ah yes, with two second pregnancies, three toddlers, a newborn, and the fact that we are old (ha!) our New Year's Eve was indeed rockin' (see Eashan in the picture on the right), running, screaming, and laughing. What a blast! The Abrahams, Guptas, and Unnis came over to celebrate with us.
It was a riot watching the boys interact. Brady and Avi (who are one year apart) played really well together and it was absolutely hilarious to watch them. They had "conversations" with each other...even though their responses were completely independent of whatever the other said. For example, Brady was downstairs and he sees Avi upstairs and yells, "I have jammies on Avi!" To which Avi responds, "I can help you Brady!"
Here's video that captures a bit of the cuteness that was going on here tonight:
Another time we were all laughing because Avi kept calling Brady, but Brady didn't want to come. So it was two toddlers screaming:
"BRADY!"
"NO!"
"BRADY!"
"NO!"
"BRADY!"
"NO!"
When the three boys were eating dinner together, I took a picture. Upon taking notice that they were being photographed, Brady pointed and instructed his older friend, "Avi! Say Cheese Avi!"
And here's the result:
This was the scene in the man cave this evening:
Hysterical indeed...we should've given the little boys their sippy cups and milk so that they would be like the big boys with their beverages. What was it that captivated this male audience? None other than the Baby Einstein Counting DVD of course!
The Unnis arrived just before the boys were to get ready for bed. It was our first time meeting 2 month old Aidrek. He was totally stylin' and got here just in time to pose with his boyz for a Gen 2 photo:
