Practice shots of Brady in his "country club clothes"
This is the only one we have of both kids looking forward and Sylvie paci-free, but the "auto" setting caused the background to be in focus instead of us. oh well!
I didn't take many pictures at the reception. The grandparents and Brett were busy having a great time catching up with old friends. I was busy carrying Sylvie around (she hurt her leg on Tuesday night and favors it/will not put weight on it since) and minding my sweet clingy boy.
I thought they looked so cute sitting at the table eating their goldfish.
As with many women at Indian wedding receptions, Sylvie had an outfit change. ha! She had her cute polka-dot "white girl" outfit and also an adorable Indian outfit on loan from Maya. Many of the aunties loved her outfit and commented on how cute she was. They also asked me where we got the outfit, I said, "India, of course! By way of the Thaivalappil family!" :p With Sylvie being unable to stand on her own, it was hard to get a good picture of her in it though. :(
I think the sequins of the top layer bothered Sylvie b/c she kept pulling at her arm and shaking her head, no. So we took off the top part, but the dress is still beautiful. I just might play fashion show/dress-up with the other gorgeous options Maya lent us. :)
The last wardrobe change consisted of putting the kids in their jammies. It was then that the dj was playing dance songs and, more importantly, using the bubble machine. They both Loved it!
