Neighborhood Fans

I have been wanting to take Brady to a high school football game ever since we bought a booster that had the schedule on it from our neighbor Robert. The freshman football games seemed to be perfect with a 5:45 start time. (and just like Tim's hockey game, the local locale is awesome! Yes, we're fans of our neighborhood!) Tonight was the last game of the season and it happened that Brett could leave work early. So we bundled up and went to the high school field. When I picked Brady up from school and told him what we were doing, Miss Ashley informed me that we would likely see Miss Tina (Brady's head teacher) b/c her son was on the freshman football team. We wound up sitting with her. I was chatting so much with her, that I didn't take good pictures. boo. It was cold and Brady told us he wanted to leave. Daddy knew just the thing to change his mind- concession stand nachos (told you those nachos @ the Hokie game made an impression on him!) :)

We got extra use out of Sylvie's Halloween costume, as it kept her warm. btw, you can't really see it here but the little lamb has a shiner under her right eye. She fell in daycare today and appears to be like Brady and me-- bruising easily. It matches the other mini bruise on her left cheek that she somehow got this weekend. She's one tough kid though!

We did leave before the game was over b/c it was past the little lamb's bedtime...and the nachos were gone- ha!
