Happy 4th Birthday Allie!

We headed to the gym (Apex Gymnastics) to celebrate Allie's birthday today. The kids had a great time doing obstacle courses and jumping/swinging/bouncing around.

We were confused by the signs stating that parents were not permitted in the gym. Looking back, I think that was for "normal" classes. But b/c of the sign, at first we attempted to take pictures from the "parent observation area" which was far away. We also didn't allow Sylvie to participate b/c we couldn't let her go in by herself. She really wanted to go play though. So after a while we just went ahead and let her go. :)

Of course, she was not denied her favorite part of a birthday- CAKE! (Although we did have to remind her that this was not Papa's birthday party and that she could not help blow out the candles.) :p
