After lunch, Brett went to the wedding rehearsal while the grandparents, the kids, and I went to the 'tel pool. Sylvie and I watched as Grandma and Papa were transformed to swim instructors for a willing little guppy. Then Sylvie and I went upstairs to get ready for the rehearsal dinner while the grandparents stayed at the pool and squeezed out what remained of Brady's toddler energy.

The 'Tel
We arrived in Providence this afternoon. Brady was very excited all day yesterday and today about going to "the 'tel" (hotel). He enjoyed the view from our 'tel room. I can only imagine what that smooshed nose against the glass and that little body 10 stories up looked like from the outside though. :)
An early nap in the car (from 11 AM- 1 PM) and the physically exhausting swimming lessons (complete with jumping in and going Underwater for the first time!) made for one sleepy Brady. All kinds of attention from wedding guests at the rehearsal dinner and over-stimulation made for one sleepy Sylvie. Keeping our family organized and getting up to feed Sylvie made for one sleepy Mommy. Delicious food and drink and partying with his high school buds until 1 AM made for one sleepy Daddy. We all slept in until 10:20 the next morning!!!! Unheard of...but totally awesome!
