Brady and I had our own photo session this morning. Ours was an impromptu one because I just could not stand the cuteness and had to capture it. We were going to take Romey for a walk together (or "too-geddar" as Brady would say) and he was just plain cute- with his sneakers, his safari hat, and his 'noculars. Our photos are the product of our simple point-and-shoot camera. While it's results are not as clear as the SLR's, it's much easier to wield while prodding a toddler to move along and holding the dog leash.
We didn't get very far before my dog-walker became a neighbor-watcher. He's still loves lawnmowers so we had to stop and watch the guy down the street mowing his yard. (Note that his 'noculars are backwards. I kept asking him if he could see the guy and he'd say, "Yeah, he's little." lol! No kidding dude!)
The older version of father and son (Papa and Daddy) had a little Father's Day time this afternoon as they golfed together at the course at Papa's house. The kids and I played, napped, and then headed over to Grandma and Papa's house to meet up and have dinner. Sylvie had an early dinner of avocado (her first other-than-baby-oatmeal-food). She seemed to like her baby guacamole too!
We took one of the back roads because Brady asked me to pass by a construction site so he could see the tractors. It was a double delight when I realized there was a small farm with two cows that we drove right past. Brave Brady faced his fears- literally we were SO close to the friendly cows roadside. I took a picture with him in my arms to remind him (and show Daddy) how close we got to them. MOO!
