On our road trip to Wintergreen, we stopped at Chik-Fil-A for lunch. We saw the Chik-Fil-A cow behind the counter. Brady was pleased to see him there and waved and said, "Moo!" Then the cow came out from behind the counter to say hello and Brady started quivering, clinging to his Daddy, and crying. It was so funny! He said, "Cow scay-eee!" But then when the cow disappeared to greet other customers, Brady wanted him back asking, "Where are you cow?" As long as there was the Daddy barrier between him and the cow, Brady was fine. But if Brett moved so that Brady had a clear line of sight to the big black and white guy, Brady yelled, "Scay-eee cow!" Hilarious! (It was very similar to our most recent Easter Bunny experience where Brady talked about him and showed interest in him all the way up until the point that he sat on his lap.) He did like the little toy cow the nice Chik-Fil-A girl gave him, but the giant walking character cow was just too scay-eee. Brett said, "Well, I guess Disney's out of the question for a few years, huh? Characters appear to be traumatic...although there is something a little freaky about a giant cow in a t-shirt."
