PYO

We had a little fall fun today and visited a local orchard to PYO (pick your own) fruit. The Abraham clan and Uncle 'Tish and Aidrek were with us. We mostly picked apples. We never found the pear trees and the blackberry bushes were pretty well picked over. Brady picking apples was almost as funny as Brady picking strawberries. He pretty much just cleaned off the area of a tree he could reach. He didn't discriminate...all apples within reach were picked and dropped in the bucket. Some were sampled before bucket placement, as evidenced by the little bite marks on them. :)

Satish, whose nickname is Big Daddy, was also taking pictures with his SLR. Both Brett and Vik instructed their boys to "Look at Big Daddy" as he was taking their picture. I found it hysterical as each little boy subsequently looked at his daddy...Brady turned his head to Brett and Eashan turned his head to Vik. LOL! Then the daddies revised their instructions, "Look at Uncle Big Daddy." Well that's clear as mud to these two-year-olds! LOL!

Sat and I didn't do much, if any, picking. We watched the boys, carried the babies, and got caught up with each other...it was perfect (but as always, too short!).
