We capitalized on our pre school-age children and got a steal of a deal for a week at the beach. While the 4 bedroom 'cation house, as Brady was calling it, was just okay (a little old), the property was absolutely Perfect with a pool, hot tub, hammock, swings, shady trees, and sand. We didn't even need to load up and walk the short 300 yards to the ocean each morning for Brady to play in the sand. He just opened the door and went in to the front yard!

I think Brett took these pictures within 30 minutes of our arrival yesterday evening. Brady got right in to the sand...it was too much fun to have his own beach right outside the house!

This was the scene I spotted outside this morning (our first morning here...which turned in to a daily routine). Totally perfect- everyone hanging out under the beach umbrella...the grands having their coffee and breakfast while Brady played in the sand and provided entertainment for Sylvie. Awesome!

Later that morning, I brought out the kids' SPF beach tent and Papa also pulled some blankets from the car to create more shade. This resulted in our very own beach

SHANTY TOWN!
