After a week of cold rain, the weather's back to being beautiful- 76 degrees today! Brett was home early from work, so we walked down to the Clyde's restaurant in our neighborhood and had dinner outside.
Brady's conversational skills continue to improve. He chatted with the waiter tonight about the lights and the fish in the pond. He was also able to make a decision when we gave him choices of what he wanted for dinner. (He chose pizza.) It's so fun having this little learning, thinking sponge!
He made us smile after the food came. He put his hands together and said, "Amen." Brett wasn't sure he heard him and said, "What did you say buddy?" and Brady replied, "Thanks God for the food." Awesome! I am terrible about remembering to say grace before we eat (of course we are thankful, but usually it's just Brady eating meals by himself and I forget). But at daycare they say, "Thanks God for breakfast. Amen." and "Thanks God for lunch. Amen." We are truly grateful for the food that is provided to us, for all of the people who love and take care of us, and for our growing family.
The last picture is one of Brady's favorite things to do- "push the koh-llah (stroller)." Brett makes me laugh when they do this because he makes this little seat for Brady and allows him to steer his big rig. My cute boys! :)

How awesome is that? Out of the mouths of babes! Uncle Deep definitely endorses Brady's choice for dinner :)
