Brady's elementary school had Donuts with Dad this morning. Indeed what they heard was true, "donuts as big as your face!"
Donuts
with Dad. Described by kindergarten Brady as "the best day of my life"
(and that's saying a lot...there's been almost SIX years' worth of
days...almost 2200 days, people!)
Even though Sylvie's not an elementary schooler and I'm not a Dad, she decided we should have Munchkins with Mom. Awesome!
She
wanted to copy the boys' picts. But Munchkins with Mom (she came up with this on
her own) became Sweet Star with Sylvie (once she saw that giant Boston
cream-filled star-shaped donut with star sprinkles, she just Had to have
it!)
Gingerbear commemorated this day; Extras with Elf. Brett
goes, "Where'd you find such mini donuts?" Childlike wonder; HA!
(They were lovingly made with Cheerios, icing, Nutella, and sprinkles.)
They
found him and got some giggles this morning. Sylvie just thought it
was funny that he was sitting at her little doll table. Brady laughed
that he was looking at the picture of himself and Daddy.
