Happy 6th Birthday Brady!  This year our little man started at public school, kindergarten.  He's doing great!  He goes to Mill Run Elementary from 7:50-10:50 and then takes the bus to Open Arms for lunch, reunion with his pals (who are all in different classes this year), and kindergarten extension until I pick him up  around 5:30.  He's learning to read, write, and handle things appropriately. He's a terrific kindergartener!

Brady still loves sports.  He played soccer in the spring and fall.  He'll play indoor soccer and also football in a few weeks.  He's a pretty happy kid with a ball and physical activity...and he's like his daddy athletic and pretty much good any activity!  He's also in to Star Wars (all Brett's prompting, with some help from the Angry Birds Star Wars version).  He likes to play Wii and whatever games Brett has on the iPad.  He also loves actin figures.  He always has some sort of epic battle going on.  If I'm being honest, it's usually a little too much "psshhhewww!  pshhhewww!  Explosion!" (guns, missile, bombs) for me, but he does love him some army guys, some pirates, some knights...he now has three sets of those little figures and plays with them all the time.

He's becoming more independent.  He loves to play with his pals and when they do, they're pretty much on their own.  Our boy is growing up for sure.  sigh. :)

Height: 47 inches (77th percentile)  He grew THREE inches this past year- wow!  Growing UP indeed!
