Helping Out Around The House

Brady insists on earning his keep around here and doing chores. So we are letting him walk the dog. Just kidding! He is fascinated by Romey's leash though and drags it around. Today we even put Romey on the end of it. :) Thanks for being a good sport Romey!

Brady then offered to help till the soil to get it ready for our spring flowers. ha! That's one way of looking at it I suppose. Really, he was just playing in the dirt. Thank goodness for Daddy because I probably would not have allowed this. I saw him reaching and immediately said, "No no no touch!" at the same time that Brett said, "Cool! Put your hands in there!"

Brady has also shown a huge interest in Daddy's toys, or rather tools. Brett re-attached some of the siding that recently blew off the house with all the crazy wind we've been having. (Wind does come with the territory though when it snows 7 inches on Monday and is 75 degrees on Saturday!) Brady was right there wanting to help.
