The kids did the Gingerbread Man Mile in Reston today.  This was their first race, and they both rocked it!  They are LEGIT, t-shirts, warm winter accessories, race numbers and all!

The SLR was acting up again (something with the lens sensor).  :(  So we had to resort to iPics.

Happy Thanksgiving 2013!

What a relaxing day!  Love it!  Brett made us a huge yummy breakfast and then we laid around and watched the Macy's parade.

Papa gave them a chess board last weekend.  They are enjoying it, and it actually does usually start out as a game of chess (and then the pieces get turned in to action figures and they act out a story- ha!)

I made them get dressed just to take a picture. ha!  pjs all day is pretty awesome though!

Photobomb

Brady learned a new word this morning: photo-bomb. He loves it- both the action and the word. ;p

"fee-fahing" his sister (it's how he shows love)  What you haven't heard of that love language?  It's unique to Brady, I suppose. ;p

Now little sister streak wants in on the game!

 At this point, they don't even want their picture taken.  "Can you just take a picture of the door so we can photobomb?  My turn!  Go!"
