We went in to DC today to go to the Natural History Museum to see the dinosaur exhibit before it closed for five years. On the news this morning, we also saw that they were trying to break the world record for the most superheroes in one place by meeting near the Reflecting Pool before one of the comic conventions. We dashed to the museum, but didn't stay long b/c it was very crowded and b/c we wanted to make our way down to the Reflecting Pool. The world record was a bust, but the kids still had fun anyway...running around the monument. Go figure! We could have been in our backyard instead of the nation's capital and they would have been just as happy, but it was still a fun day!
I'm not sure what is going on with Brady's smirk, but all of these pictures make me LOL!
LOVE them!
SO MUCH!
He thought this was hilarious...and it came out pretty good!
His own version of Zoolander...
We'd never been to the new WWII Memorial before. It was beautiful...and the kids found it to be thoroughly entertaining. :)
They realized they could "body surf" on the marble benches...fun times! :)
That's my happy bunny!
"happy dance"
Here they are imitating the unicyclists from the circus last night-
They each picked a birthday bouquet for Grandma outside the metro stop.
