Cards for Mrs. Holmes' Birthday

It's Brady's kindergarten teacher's birthday on Thursday, but it's looking like Mrs. Holmes will get a snow day for her birthday!  So we made her a card tonight to bring in for an early birthday wish.  Sylvie was hilarious.  Feedback from Brady's last report card indicated that he needed to work on his writing- getting his thoughts on paper without prompting and including detail.  So I asked him to write a message in Mrs. Holmes' card.  He sat there completely blank.  It was SYLVIE who was prompting him- ha!  She goes, "Brady, it's yo-uh teach-uh! Do you love huh?"  "yes"  "Then wite dat down and say happy birthday!"  hahahahaha! 

Sylvie also made her own card for Mrs. Holmes.  Sister is SO ready for kindergarten...she had no trouble coming up with and writing this true sentence.  "Happy Birthday   Brady loves you   -Sylvie"
