Feliz Cumpleanos Senor Brett!

The kids are still learning how to use a "real" (landline) phone.  They think it's hysterical...and so do we when we watch them.

 The resort had a pretty cool waterpark on-site.  Sylvie spent all morning here today.

The kids LOVED our room.  They Freaked Out to learn they had their very own beds in this junior suite.  So cute!  We could have never left the room, and I think they would have loved this vacation. Add towel animals made by the staff, and it's That much better!

 Brett got his workout today launching the kids like basketballs.

Off to Camp Babymoon

The kids have had some fun camps this summer, but this will likely be our favorite...CAMP BABYMOON here we come!!

And with just about 15 minutes left in our flight, Sylvie finally falls asleep...as we make our descent in to Cancun.  lol!

 Here's Brady at dinner tonight; fell right asleep sitting upright in his chair.  This was after he said, "Okay, I'm ready to 'hit the hotel!'"  lol!

Paleontologist Pals

Brady was in Dinosaur Camp @ Curiosity Zone this week.  Today he came home with some homemade fossils, and he and Sylvie decided to get their tools to unearth them.  This was a rare 45 minutes that they were playing So nicely and cooperatively that I took these picts to document the rare event for Brett.  ;p

Peachy Keen

We went out to Great Country Farm and picked apples, peaches, and green beans and played like farm kids all afternoon and evening...SUPER Fun!

Our Happy Little Camper

We withdrew Sylvie from Open Arms for this month.  We haven't been overly impressed with her past pre-k year (or at least as pleased as we were with Brady's teachers and experiences).  There are some other camps that I wanted to get her in to.  Plus, we're going to the beach for a week.  Plus, this is her last summer before she starts school and it gets real!  So we're out of of all day care @ OA for this month and this week it's cooking camp @ Claude Moore.  She is having a BLAST!  Also-  fascinating b/c she and Brady are such different kids!  We never would have done this with Brady!  This year was the first time we had him in camps other than @ OA...and we had to be sure he had Jerel and other friends in camp with him each week.  Sylvie is more interested in the subject (this week that's cooking) and she's always up for an adventure!  So here she is @ 5 years old and going to an unknown camp with unknown teachers and unknown friends...and she's loving every minute!  You go, Sister!

We went to this Italian restaurant that has "pizza making class" on Monday nights, so the kids made their own authentic dinner.  Yumm!

All Star Brady

He swam his personal best in the 25M Breaststroke in the All Star Meet.  He truly is our all star!  Love you buddy!
