We attended another OA Spirit Night tonight- this time @ Rubino's Pizzeria. (The first was @ Chik-Fil-A a few months ago, the next was @ Fuddrucker's...all have been a great time having dinner with our pals and I don't have Any picts from them...just too chaotic.) Tiff sent me these picts she took of Sylvie providing some entertainment as she piled the parm cheese up high only to "drink" it. ha!
Tonight in addition to our OA family, we also ran in to the Powells (whoohoo! haven't seen them since we moved- and it was SO fun catching up a bit) and also ran in to Bella and Kevin, who we can see whenever we look out our window, but still it was an awesome surprise to find them grabbing dinner there too! Just one phone pict-
Bella chose to ride home with us and when we dropped her off, Kevin goes, "
Do you guys know what tomorrow is?!"
Carb-loving Sylvie shouts, "
Bagel day!" (b/c Wednesday is Dough-nation Dinner Day @ OA)
Kevin goes, "
Uh, I guess. But it's the first day of spring!"
Brady goes, "
Cool! Can we wear shorts?!"
And I said, "
What are you? Mr. Kevin's kid??"
(a few days later we were talking at dinner and Brady goes, "
Mommy, is it spring now?" I said, "
Yes." So Brady says, "
Aw yeah! Can I wear shorts tomorrow?" and Sylvie doesn't skip a beat, she goes, "
What are you? Mr. Kevin's kid??" HA!
