He turned over chairs, tossed pillows, left cabinets open, pulled out green bowls/spoons/forks/cups,
He colored pictures all green, took out green crayons and markers, and even took our outside wreath that we'd decorated for St. Patty's Day and replaced the one we had inside (that wasn't green).
He also took out every green toy in the house and piled them all up in the playroom. AND he put the kids' SPD shirts on their stuffies who weren't green (boy, did they get a kick out of that!)
But he also left them a note telling them that he loved our house, had lots of fun, and apologized for making a mess. He told them if they cleaned up his mess, he'd give them a "treasure map" leading them to his pot of gold. (btw, this idea came about yesterday when Sylvie and I were taking a walk. She noticed someone had a leprechaun flag outside their house and asked me, "Mommy, do leprechauns live 'dare?"
"No Syl, they live in Ireland."
"What?! With Jake and the other pirates?!" (referring to Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Disney Junior show)
"No Sylvie, not NEVERLand, IRELand." (I was laughing so hard! But it gave me the treasure map idea; they love things like that!)
Treasure map...leading to a pot of gold!
Action shot captured Syl's flowing hair- LOL!
Lucky Charms! (they've never had them before)
No pinching here...even their jammies had green!
Erin go bragh!
