4 Years Old

Happy 4th birthday Brady! I cannot believe we have a four-year-old preschooler! Where has the time gone?! He's growing up for sure. :( Brady's favorite things right now: sports, dinosaurs, the iPad (which makes it Not my favorite!), and his best preschool buddies- Colton and Cameron.

Brady is our little all-star. He loves tossing the football; playing baseball (he does Really well throwing left-handed and can bat on his own too); hitting around a hockey puck, playing golf (either putting inside or using Papa's clubs outside); hitting tennis balls- pretty much any physical activity/sport makes him happy. Daddy is his Favorite teammate, but his other fav teammates are Colton and Cameron (of course! They are his Best friends!). They are always playing tackle (even without a football!) together at school and they also like to play "Catch-Ball-Kick." (I just love the name of their made-up game and it's funny to hear them say it.)

Brady's still a great big brother to Sylvie. They drive each other CrAzy sometimes, but for the most part they get along. They love each other- for sure! Speaking of love- Brady's primary "love language" is, for sure, still physical touch. He always wants to snuggle (and asks in the sweeeeetest voice, "Mommy, can you snuggle me?" or "Sylvie, want to snuggle with me?" or "Daddy, can we snuggle?"). He gives hugs and often kisses too when he wants to love you, but also says, "Mommy (or Daddy), I Love You." in the most sincere way. It's amazing.

He's a pretty good eater (and grew 3" this year! Dr. Kim said 2" is typical, so that's cool!). His favorite breakfast is eggs, which he likes to made with Daddy. He can be picky at dinner sometimes. But his favorite is "twisty noodles" (egg noodles) "with the brown sauce" (he likes pot roast, beef stroganoff, noodle soup, etc.).
