Demolition Time!

Yesterday it was the sophistication of a gorgeous countryside winery, today the grit of the county fair and the demolition derby!! It's a good life!

No Whining for Amy's 40th

We went to the gorgeous Stone Tower Winery today to celebrate Amy's 40th birthday.  So fun!

6 and Under Piranha

As noted, Sylvie is also technically on the Piranhas Swim Team this year.  We started her a year earlier than Brady (as a rising kg, whereas he started as a rising 1st grader).  So she doesn't compete in the meets (stating she cannot make it across the pool) and we really just treat it as daily swim lessons.  Today she was proud to receive her paper plate award at the final practice- Best Smile.  :)

Today, in the Community Pool (which is not our home pool, but the other {CSL} Piranhas' pool) Brady broke 29.94 seconds in the 25M Breaststroke and qualified for All Stars!  Way to go Brady!

Thingamajig Camp

Brady has YMCA Thingamajig Camp this week and today was "Dress Like a Robot Day."  So we slapped some duct tape on a t-shirt and put his R2D2 Mickey Mouse ears on.  He said he was the only one dressed that way so he didn't wear his cap, but I still wanted a pict. :)

Juicy Girls

I'm too tired and not feeling up to make dinner, so Sylvie and I went to Robek's for a smoothie dinner.  She asked for a selfie.  Well, sure then!

Sweet & Sassy Minion

Sylvie and Bella are attending Sweet & Sassy camp Mon-Wed this week  This afternoon we took them to see the Minions movie (Brady has already seen it at Jack's birthday party).  This made for an exhausting day...sister passed out on the couch and was not heard from for almost two hours!

Circue Italia

We went to an aqua circus that was sort of like Cirque de Solei this evening.  It was SO hot in the tent...no a/c.  We were roasting, but it was a good show!
